Do I Need A Fire Alarm System?

Most counties require a fire certificate of occupancy for businesses that occupy a commercial space. At a minimum, this means an inspection for life safety devices by the county Fire Marshal. At a maximum, a full scale operational and monitored fire alarm system including pull stations, smoke alarms and light and horn strobes is needed to pass county fire codes.

This ensures all Georgia companies are following uniform, state fire alarm procedures which are inspected and monitored by each counties Fire Marshal.
